Provisioning and deployment environment (Cloud)

Overview

The Provisioning and Deployment Application (PDA) is a Sage 1000 Application which can production environments.

The features supported by the PDA are :

• Deploy a fresh production environment.
• Update configuration of a running environment.
• Act as a server of configuration for production environment
• Manage patch application on a production environment
• Support provisioning API.

As a Sage FRP 1000 Application the PDA is itself deployed inside a separate environment.

Communication between the PDA and a production environment.

The PDA is isolated from the production environments (PE) and cannot access to there components. When the PDA need action on a PE it communicate using the the administration queue of the PE.
